Hi, I commented last week that I couldn’t access the strength programme. I didn’t have a separate folder for workouts, I just saw the welcome folder and it said thanks for signing up. I shared screenshots. However, I can’t even see that now. Even that folder has disappeared! Is there a support person I can email to help me? Or can I get my £9.99 back?! Thanks.
